Mission Enablers (recommended by Sheryl Roberts - LCCS)
---We help nonprofits increase their sustainability. Enhancing sustainability often means building capacity, adjusting the business model, employing a new strategy, refining the governance model, or restructuring internal systems. The results are better community engagement, increased donor generosity, better client outcomes, and increased sustainability.
--- Our free weekly newsletter (www.missionenablers.com/newsletter) has articles about the important areas of board development, fundraising, and leadership and management. Each article provides a practical idea with 3 – 5 steps that will help increase your sustainability.
