What do you deal with gossip and bullying?
What scriptures are used? How are parents involved? Anyone use any programs or ideas that make a lasting difference? - from Sheryl Boyd at Open Door

The gossiping in our school caused so much grief one year I had teachers and families that were ready to leave. I confronted the source and told her that her critical spirit was causing so much stife in the school that she would not be allowed at the school. Though we lost two wonderful students the peace and contentment in the school this year made it well worth it. I had 100% backing from the faculty. I also informed the staff that they could not get caught up in it or engage in any conversation that involed talking about another student, family, or staff at VCS they must walk away or say I am sorry.
The two scriptures we have on the school bulletin are Ephesians 4:29,32 and Philippians 2:1-5
