          The Greater Cleveland Christian Administrators' Association (a.k.a. GCCAA) is a group of Christian school administrators in northeast Ohio who are committed to Christian school education, each other,  and to glorifying Jesus Christ through education.
          The purpose of this community is to promote fellowship, professional development, political insight, communication regarding state-mandates, and prayer support for the benefit of its membership.


Our History
The GCCAA began as a dream of Herb Bradford who started the first meeting in 2000, in an effort to bring Christian school administrators together. School leaders come from all over northeastern Ohio meet three times a year to talk, pray, develop friendships, and increase their effectiveness as leaders.

The Meetings
We meet three times a year-- in October, February, and April (generally) for a lunch and discussion. The meetings and topics are planned by the Leadership Team to address topics that have been identified by the group. Sometimes we bring in special speakers while other times we share best practices from within the group.

Membership
Membership is open to ALL Christian schools and their Administrators, Principals, and Key Staff or Teachers. Please visit our October meeting to get a feel for the group. Invite leaders from others schools to join us.  If anyone has any trouble paying the membership dues, please contact one of the officers- assistance is available! We don't want anyone to not be able to join because of the dues! Though we are affiliated with ACSI, you need not be accredited by or a member of ACSI to join us.

Costs and Value
Membership dues are paid annually for a one year membership (then renewed each year). These dues help underwrite the cost of our meetings, provide material, and bring in speakers. The dues provide each member school:
  • - one year of membership for any number of people from the school
  • - free lunches for attendees
  • - one free book as a gift to each member school
  • - the posting of their employment openings​
We hope that you will consider becoming an on-going part of our group. Members share each year on the end of year survey how much they value the camaraderie and what they receive. Please see the specific cost of dues on the MEETINGS page.
